Wrist Measuring Guide
Why it matters:
Wrist size is crucial for selecting a bracelet that fits well, neither too tight nor too loose.
Method 1: Fabric Measuring Tape (Easiest Way)
What you need: A soft measuring tape (often used in sewing).
Steps:
- Wrap the tape snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
- Record the measurement in inches or centimeters.
- For comfort, add 0.3"–0.5" (0.8cm–1.2cm) to your wrist size when selecting your bracelet.
Method 2: Paper Strip or String (DIY Alternative)
What you need: A strip of paper, string, or ribbon + a pen + a ruler.
Steps:
- Wrap the paper around your wrist and mark the point where it overlaps with itself.
- Lay the paper flat and use a ruler to measure from the end to your marked point.
- Again, add 0.3"–0.5" (0.8cm–1.2cm) for comfort.
Fit Tips:
- Snug fit: Add 0.3" (0.8 cm)
- Standard fit: Add 0.4" (1 cm)
- Loose fit: Add 0.5" (1.2 cm)
💡 Measure more than once for accuracy. If between sizes, size up for a better fit.
